Countdown to the Weekend: 5/4/2012

Friday! Friday! Yay! Hope you all had a fantastic week! My husband and I are less than 30 days out for our Disney Cruise out of New York City. So super exciting! I’m starting to mentally pack in my head. But I’m pretty sure the real packing will commence about 2 days before the trip. Of course.

Anyway, here are some stellar reads from the week:

> Deej digs deep and confesses a tramautizing moment from a Disney trip. (My sister had a similar experience in Universal. One word: Jaws. Another word: hilarious.)
> Melissa Sue hops over to The Affordable Mouse with an Eat This, Not That… Dessert Style. (My advice: eat everything.)
> Oh Suzannah! (I’m sure she’s heard that one before.) Her gorgeous pictures of Tutto Gusto have made this place a must-see for my husband and I on our next trip to the parks.
> The Disney Chick practically reads with mind with her thoughts on the upgraded FastPass/Gen-whatever updates in WDW.
> Way back when, I used to jog around the Epcot resort area. Seriously. I have pictures to prove it. Sarah from Running at Disney gives a great rundown of all the spots for the people who do still run on their trips.
> I totally love this look at Mickey & Minnie way back when featured on Main Street Gazette. How cute is Minnie’s skirt?

Oh, and if you are fan of ABC’s Revenge — the show with hot guys, sad violins, and some of the cheesiest dialogue in history — my recap for this week’s episode is live on The Disney Blog. Yes, this show is totally addicting. (Save me!)

I’ll leave you with this picture:

revenge abcLet me introduce you to Jack, Emily, and Daniel. How I wish I was her.

Have a super weekend!
