Opposite Southern Cross station (Airport Skybus Shuttle operates 24hrs/ day), walking distance to Etihad Stadium for concerts/ tournaments, Crown Casino is just down the street, around the corner you have famous Flagstaff Gardens, historic & popular Queen Victoria Market and many more attractions. It is super easy (less walking) to find our place + when walking with heavy luggage, family with children or even if your flight scheduled to arrive late at night (don't have to worry about how to get our place). In Melbourne City's only FREE Tram Routes which let you to roam around the city at your leisure. And there are Tram Stops right at the building doorstep! You'll experience to live like a local people here, a good "Startup Base" to explore and dive into the Melbournian cultures. The strategic location, convenience and feel the real Melbourne lifestyle living which you won't get that experience if staying far away from Melbourne City. Melbourne is an eclectic and vibrant city where there are a lot of events happening in the CBD throughout the year, laneways to be explored and plenty to see. Close to the apartment building you'll find some of Melbourne's best Korean BBQ restaurants and some famous eateries places too! Across the road there's a large Coles/ Woolworths supermarket, pharmacy store as well as there's an Asian Grocer right next door. 7-Eleven is only few steps away to name a few. The popular and famous Queen Victoria Market is just around the corner within walking distance for fresh produce, some snacks, delicatessen, artists/ designers/ Australian made clothing & accessories, and many more. Just a stroll away there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and small eateries. Wander down to South Wharf DFO for lots of shopping, and also you'll find plenty of eateries and bars too. Walk or take the free trams towards the central CBD to visit Emporium shopping centre, Bourke Street Malls or catch a movie at Melbourne Central. Southbank and Crown Casino can be easily accessed by tram or by foot if you enjoy the walk down the Spencer Street. Around the apartment building there are buses to suburbs like Doncaster, Box Hill and others, Skybus station just across the street (which operate 24/7 to or from Melbourne Airport), free Trams rides, lots of taxi or Uber around the area as well as Metro trains too.
Great place great location. I asked for early check in and ended up getting to their place late. But Tony still welcome me with open smile, and their place was so clean and spacious. I LOVE IT!
