Western most point of Australia
The Most Westerly Point of the Australian Mainland – Shark Bay World Heritage Area.
Join us for a full day exploring the breathtaking beauty of Steep Point, the most westerly point of Australia’s mainland, and the rugged wilderness of Edel Land on an exciting, adventure filled 4WD tour.
The landscape at Steep Point is in stark contrast to red dunes and white beaches on the neighbouring Peron Peninsula. Here limestone dominates, forming the impressive 200m high Zuytdorp Cliffs, stretching from Kalbarri in an unbroken wall over 180km until the secluded False Entrance beach.
The cliffs provide an excellent viewing platform for turtles, sharks, and the annual whale migration, while the windswept coast surprisingly harbours amazing plant and animal life.
Let our experienced tour guides reveal the hidden gems of this spectacular coastline. Bushwalking, snorkelling and beachcombing in the rugged wilderness are all part of this once in a lifetime experience.
